WLG—on 10/7/17 sermon

1 Kings 19: 9-13
“The Still Small Voice” of God Elijah heard in this passage was not found anywhere he expected–not in the powerful wind, not in the mighty earthquake, nor was it in the roaring fire.   When it did come, God’s voice came to Elijah in a small but reassuring way, as if just to remind him he was not alone nor abandoned.  Our group discussed various situations in our lives when we heard still small voices accompanying, many times beckoning us to trust God for outcomes that we could not yet see.
